No. We do not support the initial appointment type called "SOLICITUD ASILO". Related document renewals and other procedures may still remain available if they exist for the selected office.
The main EUR 50 fee is charged only after a successful booking. Additional form support is charged separately if you request it.
In EUR we usually accept payment via Bizum. We can also accept USDT. If you have any special preference for the payment method, mention it in the request comments.
After receiving the PDF confirmation you have 24 hours to pay for the order. After that, the appointment will be cancelled. If you need more time, you must contact us in advance.
No. We work on each appointment individually, so there are no quantity discounts.
We can take that into account and work with that preference in mind, but we cannot guarantee it because slot availability does not depend on us.
If the appointment matches your request, it must be paid for. If we offer you additional options based on newly appeared slots, for example a different time or another office, you may refuse those options without any problem.
Yes. We work legally and, if necessary, we can issue an invoice for the services provided.
No. The appointment will show our phone number and email. In some cases we may also use an electronic signature, so you may see another person's personal data in the document. This is normal. What matters is that your own data is correctly listed in the "Titular" section.
You can verify the appointment on the official ICP website: https://icp.administracionelectronica.gob.es/icpplustieb/index.html. Choose the region and the appointment type, enter your data and try to request a new appointment. The system will show that an appointment already exists and will offer to check or cancel it. You will need the special appointment code from the PDF. Important: do not click cancel, because the appointment cannot be restored afterwards.
